The Architect is a trafficker working in Liberty City, using a home builder business as a front. Claire Kelly (Claire Irons), reporter for Liberty Online News Channel, has tracked down The Architect to his latest building. After calling in to her editor to assure him of her scoop, Claire springs into action as UltraGirl!
As The Architect is about to arrange delivery of his latest "shipment," UltraGirl lands to confront him. Using her ultra-strength, she wrestles him to the ground. But before she can get him to tell him the whereabouts of the captured girls, one of his henchman grabs the surprised superheroine and takes her down. After transporting her to another track home in the development, The Architect binds UltraGirl to a support pole, taunting her for her helplessness as her power belt hangs out of reach!
The Architect tape gags the defiant superheroine and leaves her while he goes to arrange his delivery. After struggling for minutes, UltraGirl is able to reach her power belt with her feet and free herself as her powers return.
More determined to bring The Architect to justice, UltraGirl leaps back into action!
